Renovation and design of an investment apartment in Rishon Lezion for a young entrepreneur who purchased his first property – an old, closed and dark apartment. As part of the planning, the apartment was opened up and changed from the ground up, an interior balcony was created that brought light and air into the spaces, and the property took on a new, open and up-to-date character. Upon completion of the renovation, the apartment sold quickly, making the planning and design a significant part of the property’s improvement and the success of the investment.
